Orders & Shipping

Where does PawAmora ship?

PawAmora primarily serves customers in the United States and Canada. Availability for other destinations may vary and will be shown during checkout when available.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders generally require 2 to 7 business days for processing before shipment.

  • United States delivery is generally estimated at 7 to 25 business days after processing.
  • Canada delivery is generally estimated at 10 to 30 business days after processing.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs processing, and destination may affect delivery.

Will I receive tracking information?

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships. Some shipping services may provide limited tracking or may take several days to display movement.

Why did only part of my order arrive?

PawAmora works with multiple fulfillment partners. Products in the same order may ship separately and may arrive in more than one package or on different days.

Separate packages do not necessarily mean that an item is missing. Review any available tracking details before contacting support.

Where do PawAmora products ship from?

Products may be fulfilled by different supplier and fulfillment partners. The shipping origin can vary by product and may be domestic or international.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact PawAmora as soon as possible after ordering. We will review the request, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has started.

What should I do if tracking has not updated?

Tracking may pause between scans, especially during international transit or carrier handoffs. Allow several business days for the next update.

When the estimated delivery window has passed without an update, contact us through the Contact page with your order number.

Returns & Order Issues

What items are eligible for return?

PawAmora currently reviews return requests for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must remain unused, clean, and in their original packaging unless the product condition makes that impossible.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact PawAmora within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Keep the item and packaging until we provide further instructions.

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are reviewed for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims. Replacement availability depends on product inventory and the circumstances of the order.

How do I send back an approved return?

Do not mail a product back before receiving approval and return instructions from PawAmora.

Once approved, the return must generally be shipped within 10 days of the approval notice.

How long does a refund take?

After an approved return is received, inspected, and approved, eligible refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Are any products non-returnable?

Certain products may be non-returnable because of hygiene, use, condition, personalization, or product-specific restrictions. Final eligibility is determined under the Refunds & Returns Policy .

Products & Sizing

How should I choose the correct size?

Use the measurements and size guide provided on the individual product page. Measure your pet carefully and select a size based on the measurements rather than breed or weight alone.

When your pet falls between sizes, review the product’s fit notes before ordering.

Will product colors look exactly like the photos?

We aim to present products clearly, but colors may look slightly different because of screen settings, lighting, photography, or normal manufacturing variation.

Are product measurements exact?

Product measurements are provided as accurately as possible, but small variations may occur because of manual measurement or manufacturing differences.

Are pet toys indestructible?

No pet toy should be treated as indestructible. Choose products that are appropriate for your pet’s size and play habits, supervise use, and inspect items regularly.

Discontinue use when a product becomes damaged, loose, torn, or small enough to create a potential hazard.

How do I find care instructions?

Review the individual product page, packaging, and any included instructions. Care requirements may differ by product, material, and construction.

What happens if a product becomes unavailable?

Product availability can change. An item may be marked sold out, temporarily removed, or replaced with an updated listing when it is no longer available from the fulfillment partner.
